Yesterday’s Results for Southern vs Loyola Marymount

Analysis: This is an 8* ULTIMATE TOTAL on the OVER Southern/Loyola Marymount. Just a great "situational" play here. Both sides have been involved in several lower-scoring games of late, but the overall situation that each finds itself in coming into this one, combined with the numbers/trends all point to a wide-open "shootout" here finally in my opinion. Southern is 5-5. It just had its four game win streak snapped last time out in a 74-61 loss at Ole Miss. The Jaguars have seen the total go UNDER in three straight, but note that looking back Southern has seen the total fly OVER the number in eight of its last 12 after playing to three or more straight UNDERS in a row. Loyola Marymount is 6-4 after a 60-58 win over UCSB. The Lions have seen the total go UNDER in five straight, but note that looking back Loyola Marymount has seen the total eclipse the posted number in four of its last five after playing to five or more straight UNDERS in a row.
